Lines are drawn from planet/node to the centre of the Chart.
They are drawn in inner circle when Equal house or Placidus house is chosen.

Position Notation in Lunation Map and Living with the Moon
The notation such as 23CP42 means 23 degrees, 42 minutes of the sign Capricorn.
The abbreviations for signs are showed above.
